A Huge Success!
Utah Youth Soccer Association would like to congratulate the 44 teams who participated in last weekend's President Cup Championships. While only half of the teams came away from their matches victorious, it was nothing but smiles as each team took their place at the awards stand to receive their respective awards.
With help from Mother Nature, the weather although a little nippy, was much better than originally forecasted, holding precipitation off just long enough for players and spectators to enjoy a dry environment for soccer. Final Match-ups Announced
Utah Youth Soccer Association would like to congratulate the 44 teams who have advanced to play in this weekend's Championship matches. There will be one final held tonight (Friday evening) under the West Jordan Complex lights at 6:30pm on field A. The match will feature Firebirds Black and Heber Valley Storm Black who will be playing for the Boys U13 Championship.
Saturday will feature the remaining 21 championship matches beginning at 8:00am with the Boys U18 Final and will conclude with the last match of the day beginning at 3:15pm. This weekend's complete schedule of events can be seen by clicking here.
Please come join with us in appreciation and support to the players, coaches, and teams participating in this weekend championships and celebrate youth soccer at its best.
*Note: For your convenience, concessions will be sold throughout the day and two patio heaters have been rented to assure warmth under the pavilion for team pictures and awards.

Kicks off with a SPLASH!
The 2008 Presidents Cup is off and running and it couldn't be more dynamic. The tournament kicked off Wednesday of last week and proved to be as fabulous as advertised, as teams from around the State awed the on looking parents and fans with their unprecedented skills and goals. With 80 degree weather filled with soccer, what could make Presidents Cup any more thrilling? The answer came Saturday, RAIN, RAIN, and more RAIN.

Saturday October 3rd 2008 was a day that will not be soon forgotten for many of the teams, fans, and referees that gathered at West Jordan Complex for Presidents Cup 2008. There wasn't a puddle to deep, mud to thick, or rain to harsh to keep the kids from Utah Youth Soccer from having a great time.
