Utah Youth Soccer Association and Ameriprise Financial would like to thank all the participants and local businesses who supported the 1st annual UYSA Scholarship Golf Tournament. A total of 64 people arrived at River Oaks Golf Course in pursuit of the coveted Open Cup and Club Cup Championships. While everyone who supported the UYSA Scholarship fund walked away a winner it was Mike Bennett's Teamgear International foursome who shined supreme winning the Open Cup Trophy while Razzia FC became UYSA's first Club Cup Champion.

While the golf and competition might have been the reason for the event, it was quickly overshadowed by the great food and raffle. Over 50 prizes were donated for the raffle including Real Salt lake autographed game balls, Sierra West Jewelry, Powerade drinks, putters, bags, and much more…However, it was the grand prize that took the cake. TOSH's Ronda Ingram walked away the biggest winner with a Mossberg Double Barrel 12-gauge shotgun.

We are already in the beginning stages of planning the 2nd Annual UYSA Scholarship Golf Tournament and encourage all those who participated in this year's event as well as those who didn't participate this year to join us next year for the best golf tournament ever.
