On Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 UYSA officially broke ground on their new corporate headquarters located at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah. Construction for the project will be completed by Sahara Inc. who dedicates itself to providing superior construction management services. The new offices are expected to be completed by the end of year, and UYSA expects to open its new doors at Rio Tinto Stadium on Monday, January 4th, 2010. “Our move to Rio Tinto Stadium alongside 2009 MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake is both historic and an honor. It is now certain that Rio Tinto Stadium will be the one-stop-shop for soccer from the youth to the pros,” stated Andrew Hiatt, UYSA Executive Director.
